SKILLO Ltd. is a limited liability company registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and entered with UIC 205082213 in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency (hereinafter referred to as SKILLO).

The company performs activities in the field of IT technologies, including training and selection of personnel according to the Certificate of Registration № 2682 dated 14.12.2018 in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for performing intermediary employment activities.

BASIC PRINCIPLES WE FOLLOW WHEN COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

We at SKILLO are aware of the responsibility we bear for the security of your personal data. We always aim to process and manage your personal data in a way that is transparent to you, which is why we adhere to the following principles:

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data are defined as:

Therefore, personal data is not only your name and PIN, but also your home address, email, phone number and more.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS FOR YOU?

In the course of its activities, SKILLO processes various types of personal data according to the following categories. Depending on the specific products and/or services you use with us, SKILLO processes some or all of the specified data.

Category of personal data:

✓ Three names and PIN (or other identification number, where applicable), place of birth;

✓ Contact details for correspondence (address, telephone, email);

✓ Information on completed education and professional experience (in the form of CV);

Source:    Natural persons to whom the data relate.

In addition to the above, SKILLO collects the following information:

✓ Information provided through the use of cookies, which show how, in what way and for what purposes you use our websites;

✓ Information from the pages in the social networks, related to you and your actions in these platforms - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.;

✓ Information that you have provided to the public space in fully accessible sites and information sources, search engines, registers, etc.;

✓ Information provided through your visits to our websites - IP address or type of operating system used.

PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:

SKILLO processes personal data in accordance with the activities of the Company for which they are provided. These goals may include:

✓ Implementation of personnel selection services, including, but not limited to, analysis of the professional level and qualification, notification of vacant positions in relation to expressed preferences;

✓ Provision of educational services, including but not limited to providing access to an e-learning system, issuance of a certificate of completion;

✓ Notifications for future events, competitions and new trainings organized by SKILLO

✓ Concluding and executing contracts between you and SKILLO;

✓ Preparation and sending of invoices and payment documents for the provided products and services;

✓ Correspondence on the provided products and services, sending various notices, news, notification of problems, errors or to respond to your requests, complaints and suggestions;

✓ Fulfilment of obligations of SKILLO according to instructions and orders of state bodies or persons performing public functions (for example, NRA, NSSI, municipalities, courts, private bailiffs, etc.);

✓ FFulfilment of obligations of SKILLO, provided for in the Accounting Act, the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, and the Commercial Law, as well as for fulfilment of all other normative obligations of SKILLO.

THE GROUND THAT GIVES US THE RIGHT TO PROCESS YOUR DATA IS:

Execution of contract

The processing of your data is necessary for taking steps to intervene, as well as for the implementation of the contractual relationship between you and "SKILLO", including the provision of hotel and / or restaurant services.

Legal obligation of the administrator

TThe processing of your data is also necessary in order to comply with the legal obligations of SKILLO under the Accounting Act, the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code, the Commercial Law and other regulations containing obligations regarding SKILLO.

Legitimate interest of the administrator

The documents with personal data, for which no special term is provided, shall be stored until the expiration of the limitation periods specified in the Law on Obligations and Contracts for filing court claims in view of the legitimate interest of SKILLO for establishing, filing and defending legal claims, as well as providing the necessary documents to clarify the legal dispute.

The data from the video surveillance are processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of SKILLO. These interests are related to the prevention of offenses / crimes, ensuring the security and protection of employees and customers, as well as the premises where personal data and confidential information are processed, to ensuring the rules for healthy and safe working conditions, and to guarantee labour discipline.

Consent

Based on your consent, we can provide you with training services, staff selection and other services related to the subject of activity of the company, as well as notifications and news about the activities of SKILLO.

VOLUNTARY PROVISION

SKILLO processes your personal data in order to provide the products or services for which an agreement is pending or has already been reached with you, as well as for the purposes for which your explicit consent has been obtained.

In case of refusal to provide personal data, SKILLO will not be able to conclude or fulfil a contract already concluded with you or its respective regulatory obligation.

WHICH EXTERNAL ORGANIZATIONS / PERSONS HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY SKILLO?

SKILLO does not provide your personal data to external organizations / individuals until it has verified that the processing complies with the applicable European and national data protection legislation, exercising strict control over whether the processing is carried out in the presence of the legislation. grounds and in the presence of technical and organizational measures for data protection.

We provide personal data to the following categories of recipients;

✓ To bodies, institutions and persons in respect of whom we are obliged to provide personal data by virtue of the applicable legislation (NSSI, NRA, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Tourism, municipalities, courts, etc.);

✓ Of our business contractors who are committed to confidentiality, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including, but not limited to:

✓ Persons seeking certain staff through SKILLO;

✓ Persons providing accounting services;

✓ Persons providing us with IT services telecommunication services;

✓ Persons providing external consulting services in various fields;

✓ Of banks, insofar as it is necessary for the payment of the due remunerations;

✓ Of SKILLO employees authorized to process documents containing personal data only in connection with the performance of their official duties;

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA TO A NON-EU COUNTRY

SKILLO does not provide your personal data to countries outside the EU.

In the event that SKILLO decides to transfer your personal data outside the EU, you will be notified.

Each transfer will be made in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation: in the presence of a decision on the adequacy of the European Commission, subject to appropriate guarantees approved by a competent authority or mandatory company rules.

In addition to the above cases, SKILLO may transfer your personal data to non-EU countries only insofar as you have given your consent or transfer necessary for the conclusion / execution of contracts between you and SKILLO or contracts concluded in your interest.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

SKILLO processes your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

After achieving the goal, SKILLO terminates the processing of data, exceptionally storing them until the final settlement of all financial relations and / or the expiration of the statutory minimum deadlines provided for in the current legislation: the Labor Code, the Social Security Code, the Tax Code. the Social Security Procedure Code, the Accounting Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the Obligations and Contracts Act and other laws which provide for a minimum retention period.

For example: Payrolls are kept for a period of 50 years and tax control documents for a period of 10 years. Certain documents with personal data, for which there is no minimum statutory period for storage, are stored until the expiration of the statute of limitations set in the Law on Obligations and Contracts for filing court claims (three or five years depending on the type of claim) in view of the legitimate interest of SKILLO in establishing, filing and defending legal claims, as well as providing the necessary documents to clarify the legal dispute.

In case of changes in the applicable legislation concerning the above-mentioned deadlines, SKILLO will comply with the applicable regulatory requirements.
